Managing Partner
Mr. Ploszaj has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Over the course of his career, he has built 14 hotels, casinos and entertainment complexes in Las Vegas, Reno, Tahoe, Atlantic City and Alberta, Canada for marquees such as Marriott, Four Seasons Resorts, Hilton and MGM Resorts. Mr. Ploszaj is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and a founding member of the Society for Marketing Professionals and has been a keynote speaker at national events.
Partner, Director of Operations
Mr. Chambless has 45 years experience in senior leadership roles within the sports, fitness, recreation and entertainment industries. He is the former Chair of the North American Urban Group YMCAs, consisting of the 30 largest in North America. He provided senior leadership in the planning and successful execution of 52 new sports related facilities in 30 cities. Ron has developed an exclusive Community Partners planning model that brings invested partners to a project, expanding revenue potential and limiting long term financial risk.
Partner, Director of Development
Mr. Allen is responsible for the development, construction, repositioning and/or operation of more than 75 hospitality projects nationwide and has been active in the real estate development industry for over 35 years. He has held his real estate and broker’s license for 20 years and has been involved with the planning and development of sports and entertainment facilities; master planning of health & wellness and golf facilities; development & operation of properties affiliated with Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Marriott and Wyndam.
Partner, Legal Council
Mr. Eagleburger is the former CEO of a housing development and construction company operating in three states. He has spent 55 years in law practice and is currently licensed in the state of Arizona. Greg, as a partner, provides CCP with first hand guidance in the laws of commercial real estate development and related due diligence issues.
